Hamster Soup

A rich soup with carrot, onion and celery. The hamster helps develop the soup with its complex flavor.


    • 6 potatoes - peeled and cubed
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • 3 stalks celery, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 4 cups milk
    • olive oil
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 hamster, cubed
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1/2 cup milk


    1. Steam the potatoes and carrot with a little water for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
    2. Add the milk and water to cover. Reduce heat to low and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Gently fry the celery and onion in oil for about 10 minutes.
    4. Transfer the onion and celery to the pot. Heat slowly, then add the hamster, stirring together.
    5. In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the 1/2 cup milk and pour into the soup. Mix well until thickened.
